Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment for eyelash services. By booking an appointment with our establishment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person at our establishment. A deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be applied towards the total cost of the service. Deposit is non-refundable. 

1.2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in not being accepted for your next appointment. 

1.3. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.

1.4. If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule but you would still lose your deposit.

   2. EYELASH SERVICE

2.1. Our eyelash service involves the application of individual eyelash extensions to your natural lashes.

The application process can take between 1h30'-3 hours, depending on the type of service requested.

2.2. We use high-quality products and techniques to ensure that your eyelash extensions are safe and comfortable to wear. However, please note that some people may be allergic to certain products and may experience discomfort or an adverse reaction.As a client, you are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your ability to receive eyelash extension services. You are also responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by our technicians.

2.3. It is important that you follow our aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity of your eyelash extensions. Failure to do so may result in premature shedding or damage to your natural lashes.

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem unsuitable for eyelash extensions, including those with certain medical conditions or allergies.

   3. LIABILITY

3.1. While we take every precaution to ensure that our eyelash service is safe and comfortable, we cannot be held liable for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of the service. While eyelash extension services are generally safe, there are risks involved, including but not limited to, allergic reactions, eye infections, irritation, and injury to the eye or surrounding areas.

3.2. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings that you bring with you to our establishment.

3.3. In no event shall our company, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to, any injuries or damages to your eyes or surrounding areas.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

   4. PAYMENT

4.1. Payment for our eyelash service can be made by cash, etransfer or debit card.

4.2 We do not offer refunds on eyelash services.

4.3. If you are unsatisfied with your eyelash extensions, please let us know within 24 hours of the service. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to address any issues.

   5. RIGHT TO TAKE PICTURES

5.1 We reserve the right to take pictures of your eyelashes before and after the service for marketing and promotional purposes. 

5.2 We also reserve the right to use any pictures or videos taken during the service for training purposes for our employees and contractors.

5.3 If you do not want us to take pictures of your eyelashes, please inform us prior to the service, and we will respect your privacy.

  6. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

6.2. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms and conditions.
