• No Refund Policy: Please be aware that there are no refunds for the deposit or the total training fee if you decide to cancel your attendance in the training. We commit significant resources and efforts to prepare for each participant, and cancellations affect the integrity of our program.

• Respect for Others: I will treat fellow students, trainer, and salon staff with respect and professionalism at all times.

• Final Decision Belongs to the Trainer: I understand that the trainer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding class schedules, curriculum, and any other matters related to the masterclass.

• Attendance until the end of the class: I agree to attend the training in its entirety and remain until the end (except for health and emergency reasons).

• Professional Conduct: I will conduct myself in a professional manner and adhere to all policies and procedures outlined by the trainer.

• Safety Precautions: I will follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the trainer during the masterclass.

• Equipment and Supplies: I am responsible for bringing any required equipment or supplies specified by the trainer for the masterclass.

• Practice and Results: I understand that achieving high-quality work requires practice and dedication. Attending one training session may not produce immediate results, and continued practice is necessary to improve skills.

• Use of Pictures and Videos: I grant permission to Norah to use any pictures or videos taken of me during the masterclass for educational and advertising purposes.

• Liability Waiver: I release Norah Mai, salon owner, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the masterclass, except those resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Participants agree not to initiate any legal proceedings or cause harm, whether physical, emotional, or reputational, to the trainers or any other participants during or after the class. We foster a respectful and supportive learning environment, and any grievances or concerns should be addressed through constructive dialogue and communication.
