Depends on the time that is booked (better to send questions before mentoring session), some key topics that can be covered in each of these areas: 1. Business: - How to start a lash business - How to create a business plan and set goals - How to price lash services - How to handle difficult clients or situations - How to build a brand and create a strong online presence 2. Marketing: - How to identify your target market - How to use social media to promote your lash business - How to create a portfolio of your work - How to create a referral program to attract new clients 3. Lash Styling: - How to assess clients' natural lashes and determine the best lash style for them - How to select the right type of lashes and style for each client at different age group - How to create different lash styles & free-style mapping 4. Lash Photography: - How to use smartphone to take high-quality lash photos - How to set up a photoshoot and choose the right lighting - How to use macro lens in lash photography - How to edit photos to showcase your work effectively - How to use photos to promote your lash business on social media and other platforms - How to use photos to attract new clients and build your portfolio Overall, a mentoring session for lash artists can provide valuable guidance and support in various areas of the lash industry. In person: $465/ 3 hours (can include practice on model as well), 3 hours book minimum. Online: $115/hour for business/theory session, 3 hours book minimum; $135/hour for styling/lash design training
